Communication Port TR-50U2 Component Change and Supported Software Update

The USB communications chip used in the current version of the TR-50U2 will cease production, and a new version of the TR-50U2 will be released with a new but different USB communications chip.
A software update is needed to communicate with the new TR-50U2.
Supported Software Version
T&D Recorder for Windows (TR-5,7xU): Ver.2.10 or later

Note: The above software version can be used with the TR-50U2 before the change as well.
How to Determine the Device Before/After Change
It can be identified by the serial number (S/N) located on the device.
S/N Before Change： 665Cxxxx
S/N After Change： 665Dxxxx
