About TR7A Series Incorrect Vaccine Mode Setting at Manufacture

We have found that the TR7A series devices with the following firmware were shipped with Vaccine Mode enabled (where it should be set to OFF at the factory).
Please check your device’s firmware version and try the solution below.
Affected Products
TR71A, TR72A, TR72A-S：Firmware Version 1.09 and 1.10
Solution
For TR71A：Please use the PC software “TR7 for Windows” to turn off the Vaccine Mode if necessary.
For TR72A and TR72A-S：Please update the firmware to Version 1.11. The update tool is available from here.
