Release of RTR500B Series Wireless Data Logging System
T&D’s new generation RTR500B series is a wireless data logging system that combines improved safety and convenience.
This new system includes data loggers designed to measure and record a wide variety of items, as well as, a range of base stations to enable the wireless collection of recorded data.
While using the same proven short range wireless communication as previous models for logger to base communication, the new series is now compatible with HTTPS. This new communication feature ensures superior security. Moreover, settings can now be made, not only from a PC, but from a smartphone or via the cloud providing greater flexibility and convenience.
There are three types of base units: RTR500BW, for transferring data to the cloud or server via a wireless / wired LAN connection, RTR500BC, for downloading data to a PC connected with a USB cable, and finally RTR500BM, for transferring data via 4G mobile connectivity. (RTR500BM is scheduled for release in April 2021).
We also offer a great new lineup of data loggers to meet your measurement needs including temperature, humidity, voltage, 4-20mA, and pulse.
The devices in our new RTR500B Series are also compatible with our previous RTR-500 Series.

MAIN FEATURES
- The wireless communication range between a Base and Remote Units, if unobstructed and direct, is about 150 meters (500ft). Repeaters can be easily added for an even greater range across a variety of environments.
- By auto-sending data to our free cloud service “T&D WebStorage Service” your data can be accessed anytime from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
- Now with Bluetooth communication on board and our mobile app, data logger registration and settings can easily be made from mobile devices.
- Security has also been improved with the addition of encrypted communication capability via HTTPS.
