Impact
During the maintenance period:
- Access to the following web services from a web browser will be unavailable:
- For approximately 10 minutes during the maintenance period, there will be a transmission interruption for data and warning transmission from the following devices and applications to T&D WebStorage Service.
- T&D WebStorage Service (https://webstorage-service.com/)
- T&D WebStorage Service Viewer (https://www.webstorage-service.com/apps/viewer/)

[Warning Data]
Up to 5 warnings (2 for battery) not transmitted during the interruption will be sent after transmission resumes.
*If transmission fails, the data will be sent again at the next scheduled auto-upload.
TR-7nw/wb/wf Series

Data not transmitted during the interruption will be sent upon the first successful connection after transmission resumes.
Device Logging Capacity: Up to 8,000 readings
[Warning Data]
The most recent warning not transmitted during the interruption will be sent after transmission resumes.
*If transmission fails, the data will be sent again at the next scheduled auto-upload.
TR4A Series, TR4 Series, TR32B
[Recorded Data sent from App]
During the interruption, data downloaded from the device to the mobile app cannot be uploaded to T&D WebStorage Service. However, any unsent data will be automatically uploaded the next time the app is launched after the interruption.
Device Logging Capacity:
Up to 16,000 readings - TR41A/42A/45, TR41/42
Up to 8,000 readings - TR43A, TR32B
RTR500BW/BM (HTTPS)
[Current Readings Data]
Up to 10 current readings (including the latest value obtained at the first successful connection after transmission resumes) will be sent. Other current readings not transmitted during the interruption will be lost.
[Recorded Data Files (TRZ/PRZ)]
Unsent recorded data files will be sent at the next scheduled transmission after the interruption.
Device Logging Capacity:
Up to 16,000 readings - RTR501B/502B/505B, RTR-501/502/505
Up to 8,000 readings - RTR503B/507B, RTR-574/576, RTR-503/507
*If recorded data transmission fails, the device will retry once after 30 minutes (only when the transmission interval is set to 60 minutes or more).
[Warning Data]
The most recent warning not transmitted during the interruption will be sent after transmission resumes. This includes the latest status of each warning type (upper/lower limit, battery, sensor error, communication error, etc.).
