End of Support for TR-700W Series on T&D WebStorage Service

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain service reliability and security, the following discontinued products will no longer be supported by the T&D WebStorage Service.

TR-701NW / TR-701AW
TR-702NW (-H) / TR-702AW (-H)
*All models listed above were discontinued in October 2015, and maintaining a testing environment that meets our current testing standards has become increasingly difficult.

End of Support Date

July 10, 2026

Impact After End of Support

After the end of support date:
• Operation of these models with future T&D WebStorage Service updates will not be verified or guaranteed.
• We will no longer perform compatibility testing or provide investigation and support for issues affecting these models.
• No restrictions will be applied to data reception from these devices. As a result, data may continue to be received and displayed in the service.
