Updates and Bug Fixes for T&D WebStorage Service

We have made the following updates and bug fixes to the T&D WebStorage Service.

Details

Email addresses containing a "+" character (e.g., user+test@example.com) can now be used for user registration and warning mail recipients.
Fixed an issue where decimal values for humidity were not displayed on browser graphs when using high-precision temperature and humidity sensors.
Fixed an issue where daylight savings time settings (Data View > Clock Display Settings) were not applied when downloading data in CSV format via the T&D WebStorage Service API.
