RTR500BC for Windows(US/EU) Update (Ver. 2.21)

An update program for "RTR500BC for Windows" has been released. For customers using the software below, please download and install the following update program.

Update Details

• Added support for OAuth 2.0 (Microsoft Exchange Online) authentication to the email sending function.
• Fixed the following problems in the RTR500BC Data Viewer:
  - Transmission could fail when sending current readings or recorded data if the setting was configured to send data only without saving it to the PC.
  - On the Data Viewer main screen, the recording attributes, upper limits, and lower limits for some channels were not displayed in the Remote Unit Information.
  - On the Current Readings Monitor screen, the buttons at the top and the next update time were not displayed correctly.
  - When warning mail transmission failed, retries were performed every second instead of at 10-minute intervals after the first retry.
• Rebuilt the software using Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 (x86) so that it runs without requiring the following runtime components to be installed:
  - Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable
  - Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
• Updated the User's Manual and Help file.
• Other small fixes and improvements.
