About the Graph Display and Alert View Bugs and Corrections on T&D WebStorage Service
We have found and fixed the following bugs.
Note: These problems occurred only when displayed in the web browser.
All other operations including measurement data in the downloaded files, contents in the warning email, etc. are not affected.
Problem Details
1. When opening a graph screen in a web browser, the vertical axis scale and the graph were not displayed if the measurements for the same item (e.g., temperature) were all negative and identical.
Examples:
- When the temperature measurements on CH1 and CH2 of the TR71A2 (CH1/CH2 Temperature) were all -1.0ºC.
- When the temperature measurements on CH1 of the TR72A2-S (CH1 Temperature, CH2 Humidity) were all -1.0ºC.
2. When viewing pulse count data in a graph, "0" was incorrectly displayed on the pop-up shown when hovering the mouse over the graph line, even though the pulse count was not 0. This occurred when all of the following conditions were met.
- When measuring pulse counts on RTR505B or RTR-505.
- When the scale conversion setting was OFF.
- When opening a graph from the [Download] menu by clicking on the target data in the [Record Period / File Name] column.
3. The recovered warning was not displayed on the [Alert View] screen when a channel warning (Upper/Lower Limit Warning, Sensor Error, Pulse Event Warning, or Out of Measurement Range) and other type's warning recovery occurred simultaneously for the RTR500B series loggers.
Examples:
- When the Lower Limit Warning occurred and the Low Battery Warning recovered, only the Lower Limit Warning was displayed and the Low Battery Warning Recovery was not displayed.
- When the Sensor Error occurred and the Wireless Communication Error recovered, only the Sensor Error was displayed and the Wireless Communication Error Recovery was not displayed.
4. When using RTR500BM, the External Contact Warning or External Power Warning which occurred and recovered within the warning monitoring cycle (when set to 2 or 5 minutes) were not displayed on the [Alert View] screen.
