T&D WebStorage Service Data Transmission Failure and Recovery

After the server maintenance on September 4, 2024 (2am-4am UTC), there was a problem with data transmission from some products to T&D WebStorage Service. We have confirmed that the problem has now been resolved and the service can be used as usual.

Description of Problem

Data sent from some models were not reflected on T&D WebStorage Service.

Cause

Using the communication path which was implemented during the maintenance period, some products were unable to communicate with T&D WebStorage Service. Currently, the problem has been resolved by switching back to the path used before the maintenance.

Affected Products

Curently we have confirmed that the following products were affected.

• TR71A
• TR72A(-S)
• TR75A

Data which could not be sent during the affected period will be resent by the TR7A series loggers retransmission process. However, if the loggers recording interval was set to 1 second, some data may have been lost due to the limitation of the logging capacity of the unit.
