Termination of the Dedicated URL Method for Archived File Download(Updated: Dec 1, 2022)

Thank you for using T&D WebStorage Service.

T&D WebStorage Service has an archiving function to automatically archive data when the user’s account exceeds the storage capacity for the RTR500B series, etc. and sends an "Archiving Completed" notification mail.
This email currently contains a [URL for downloading archived file (ZIP file)] which opens the dedicated download page, but we will end this operation on November 30, 2022.
After December 1, 2022, the email will contain a link to the WebStorage Download page. Please download archived files directly from within the [Download] menu of T&D WebStorage Service after login.

The dedicated URL method for archived file download has been terminated.
When you receive an "Archiving Completed" notification mail, please download archived files directly from within the [Download] menu of T&D WebStorage Service.
