An update program for "TR-71nw/72nw Firmware Update Tool" has been released.
For customers using the product below, please download and install the following update program.

TR-71nw, TR-72nw / Versions 1.15 or lower
Update Details
- When a sensor error is detected while an upper/lower limit warning is being issued, a sensor warning is now issued after 30 seconds of continuous error instead of immediately.
- Fixed a problem where changing the warning settings while the device is in a warning state could cause subsequent warnings not to be sent.
Checking Your Product's Firmware Version
See below for how to check your firmware version depending on your interface method.
T&D WebStorage Service :
- From the [Devices] menu, open the settings window by clicking the [Settings] button for the desired device.
- Read off the "Firmware" version next to the "Serial Number" located at the top of the window.
PC :
- Open T&D software "TR-7wb/nw for Windows" and connect your device via USB to the computer.
- Read off the "Firmware Version" value located at the lower left on the screen.
