For users of the TR-7wb/nw/wf series loggers who updated their TR-7wb/nw for Windows to Ver.3.02 between Mar.7–15, it was found that the program in the installer was not the correct one.
If you have updated your software in the above period, please uninstall and reinstall it.

TR-7wb/nw for Windows Version 3.02 (downloaded between Mar.7-15)
- The program name actually installed is "RT/RS-14 for Windows Ver.3.00", which you can check by opening the software > Help > Version Info.
- When you uninstall the program, the software name is shown as "TR-7wb/nw for Windows" even though the actual program is " RT/RS-14 for Windows"; please uninstall it and then reinstall from the following download page.
- If there are two "TR-7wb/nw for Windows" names in the program list, please check the version or install date and then uninstall the newer one.
