Comparison of TR7A2 / TR7A Features
The TR7A2 Series is the successor model of our TR7A series.
The main features and functions of TR7A2 are the basically the same as those of the previous model, but there are some differences. Please confirm the following information before using.
Changes in New Models
1.Enterprise Mode Compatibility
Supports wireless LAN connections based on WPA2 Enterprise and 802.1X authentication.
It can be used in a wide range of situations; from personal use to large-scale network environments and situations requiring a high level of security, such as large corporations, universities, and government offices.

2.Changes in Protocols when using a Proxy Server
HTTPS communication is no longer available when using a proxy server.

3.Battery Life
Although the TR7A2 will have a shorter battery life, you can extend the battery life by using the new Power Saving Settings.
The Power Saving Settings can be configured to pause device operation for 6 to 16 hours from the specified start time.

* Estimates based on using new alkaline batteries with recording intervals of 1 minute or more, and Bluetooth ON.
Battery life varies depending on frequency of communication, network environment, ambient temperature, etc. Turning off Bluetooth will prolong battery life by about 1.2 times.
Power Saving Settings can be made only when the Auto-Upload Interval is 3 hours or less.
