TR-7W Software and Firmware / Script Update Info (ver 1.03E to 1.04E)
In order to update some functions in our Temp/Humidity Data Logger / Network Communication Type TR-7W, we have released update programs for the software and the firmware / script. We ask that our customers using this unit download these programs and update as directed.
Affected Products
TR-71W Serial NO: 000F69-000F78, 000H06-000H25, 000H56-000H85
TR-72W Serial NO: 001718-001751, 001822-001891
* The Serial Number is printed on a sticker on the back of the TR-7W.
Improvements and Corrections
When sending mail from TR-7W, communication has been made possible with SMTP servers where SMTP authentication is necessary.
How to Update
Follow the instructions as noted below for updating the "TR-7W for Windows" Software and the "TR-7W Firmware / Script".
If one of the versions of either the software "TR-7W for Windows" or the "TR-7W Firmware / Script" is different from the other, the product will not fraction properly. When carrying out the update please confirm that the versions of all three parts (software, firmware, script) have been updated to the latest version for each. Versions after updates should be as follows:
- Software "TR-7W for Windows" should be 1.02
- Firmware should be 02.00.00
- Script should be 1.04E
- Software "TR-7W for Windows" should be 1.02
- Firmware should be 02.00.00
- Script should be 1.04E
