Report of Firmware Defect in RTR-57U

[Comm Error] is displayed on the RTR-57U when attempting to start recording in individual Remote Units via Wireless Communications, and the recording session does not start.
(Note: Starting a recording session via wireless communication by Group works normally.)

In order to correct this problem the RTR-57U must be returned to the factory for a firmware update. Please contact your distributor for details about how to update your unit.
