Error Message at Startup on Windows 10

After a Windows 10 upgrade on a computer with "log-EZ for Windows" installed, or after a Windows Update on Windows 10, it has been reported that when opening the software, the following error message appears and "log-EZ for Windows" cannot be started.
When you get this message, please uninstall and reinstall the most recent version of "log-EZ for Windows".
How to Reinstall Software
First, uninstall both "log-EZ for Windows" and "Microsoft Chart Controls for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5" from your computer.
Next, reinstall the most recent version of "log-EZ for Windows".
