Announcing Additional Models to Our TR-5i Series - The "Data Recorder TR-55i" Lineup
The TR-55i models are designed to measure and record temperature (Thermocouple, PT100/Pt1000), voltage, 4-20mA, or pulse count. They can measure and record temperature in a wide range using a thermocouple or Pt100/Pt1000 sensor, or other signal types such as 4-20mA and 0-5V. The body of the data loggers are water resistant and can be used in a environment of -40°C to 80°C. Moreover, battery-powered operation means the loggers can be placed anywhere without the need for AC power. The data recorded by the TR-55i loggers can be transfered to PC whereby users can analyze the data and view in graph form.
Features
- Supports thermocouple types K,J,T,S for wide measurement range: -199 to 1700°C (TR-55i-TC).
- Equipped with a preheat function that transmits a preheat signal synchronized with the recording interval to turn sensors or other devices ON and OFF (TR-55i-V)
- Large logging capacity up to 16,000 readings
- Equipped with a warning monitoring function that turns on the warning LED and shows a message on the logger if a measurement exceeds the set upper or lower limit
- Transfer data to PC via "Communication Port TR-50U2" or collect data on site using "Data Collector TR-57DCi"
Compatible Data Collection Devices
Communication Port: TR-50U2, TR-50U
Data Collector: TR-57DCi
* Compatible software for TR-55i models is “T&D Recorder for Windows (TR-5, 7xU)” version 2.00 or later.

*1: Battery life varies depending upon the ambient temperature in which it is used, the recording interval, the frequency of communication, and the battery performance. All estimates are based on operations carried out with a new battery and are in no way a guarantee of actual battery life. When infrared communication function is enabled, battery life may be shortened if the unit is used under the inverter type fluorescent lighting.
