Notice of Login Problems on T&D WebStorage Service

We have found and fixed the following login issues.

Problem Details

• The login ID provided to users contains only lowercase letters and numbers, but it could be logged in using uppercase letters.
• Read-only account users could not log in correctly as read-only when entering the ID using uppercase letters.

All users can log in normally now.
We offer our sincerest apology for any inconvenience caused.
